Roger Issac was born and spent his childhood in a Hampshire village. His love and appreciation of the countryside started in those early years. He now lives in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

His paintings are mainly in watercolour, inspired by places and buildings. 

The paintings are an attempt to record our heritage and what could be lost from the British landscape.
