Schools and Home Education at Oxmarket
To support our charitable purpose of promoting the arts and appreciation of the arts, our schools & youth programme aims to encourage young people to take an interest and hopefully engage in art, craft and design. We now offer free bookable sketching sessions.
Please see our full session overview below, including our risk assessment and session breakdowns. We encourage parties of no more than 15 children at one time.
To book/enquire about a school or home education visit please, contact Rosina Pocknell.

Additional Resources
Oxmarket Contemporary is also happy that, with its funding, it can produce fun and enriching activity sheets for anyone to access.
These are all custom made and based on the runnings of the gallery and the former church building’s rich history.
If you are planning to book a session, please let us know if you would like any of these activity sheets printed for your group.
Oxmarket Activity Sheets
All sheets are saved as PDFs, open as new link and save to download or print. All sheets are made to standard A4 size.
“Our school had an absolutely wonderful visit to Oxmarket Gallery again this year and will come again next! The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit and got so much from the conversations they had about the different work on show! I can highly recommend taking your class - you’ll love it!”
